2. Closure:

NH Nice Hotel – Nice, France – ID 16705Please note that hotel’s restaurant will be closed from 1^st November 2015 until 31^st January 2016. During this time, customer would still be able to enjoy some limited meals option in the open bar located in the lobby or opposite the hotel at Les Hussards for their dinner.

Please note that Hotel has a facility fees of $20 + tax per day per room to be paid by the client at check in. 

Facility Fee includes the following:

• An eco-friendly, collapsible 16 oz. water bottle to use at the hotel’s water filtration stations.
• Internet access and printing services in our iMAC lounge.
• Luggage storage on arrival and/or departure until 11:00PM.

Please note the reopening of Spa & Fitness Centre at Electra Palace Hotel Thessaloniki is postponed until 21^st September 2015.

4. Refurbishment:

Carnoustie Hotel Golf Resort and Spa – Carnoustie, Scotland – ID 6666Please note that hotel will be under refurbishment and development program that will take place in Calder’s Lounge. Works will start on 8th November 2015 and will finish on 18th November 2015. During this period Calder’s Lounge and the Dalhousie restaurant will remain closed.

The Westin Singapore Hotel – Singapore, Singapore – ID 45529
Please note that hotel will be carrying maintenance works to the Infinity Pool, starting on 16^th September 2015 and finishing on 4^th October 2015. During this period, guests will not be able to access the Infinity Pool.

Mercure Deauville Centre Hotel – Deauville, France – ID 52921
Please note that renovation works will take place at the hotel from 2^nd November 2015 until 24^th April 2016. All rooms will be renovated, included bathrooms. Works will be carried out from 10am to 5pm, from Monday to Friday. Works will be made floor by floor.

Please note that the Roman Bath will be closed for maintenance works from 9^thNovember to 23^rd November 2015. Beauties treatments, massages and Mini-gym will be available regularly.

The Ritz Carlton Kuala Lumpur Hotel – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – ID 49501
Please note that since 15 April 2015 hotel is under renovation program.

• From 15^th April until 30^th November 2015: Complete re-design of the Deluxe Room, Executive Deluxe Room, 1-Bedroom Suite – Hotel Wing.
• From 7^th September 2015, old rooms & suites for sale will be closed. Only new rooms and suites will be available for guests.
• From 6^th April until 15^th September 2015: Complete re-design of the 2-Bedroom Suites and 3-Bedroom Suites – Suite Wing. 
  From 15^th September 2015, Suite Wing transformation will be completed. Only new suites will used for guests.
• From 30^th November 2015 until 1^st February 2016: Once new arrival lobby is completed, hotel will commence the transformation of the new Club Lounge.
• From 20^th September until 15^th November 2015: Transformation and relocation of César’s Restaurant. During renovation, breakfast will be served at Carlton Conference Centre on level 2.
• From 30^th November 2015 until 1^st February 2016: Transformation of Pool Area. Guests will be directed to use the Pool Facilities at the Spa Village.

Please note that due renovation works from 1st October 2015, Cantonese restaurant, Park Palace and Spa facility, Spa Park Asia will remain closed.

Sofitel BiarritzThalassa Hotel – Biarritz, France – ID 56455
Please note that sea and spa facilities will be closed from 21^st November 2015 until 8^th December 2015 included, due to repairing works. The solarium facing the ocean, the indoor and outdoor pools, the sauna, the sauna and the fitness room remain of course accessible for guests.
