Hilton San Francisco Union Square Hotel- San Francisco, USA- ID 45839Please note the hotel will be under renovation works. The first phase will commence 29^th June and be completed 20^th September 2015; work will take place during the hours of 8am-4pm, Monday - Friday. During this time, the area being worked on will be enclosed by finished walls around the centre portion of the lobby. This will include a video wall that will welcome and engage guests entering the hotel. The Taylor Street entrance (to the right upon entering the hotel) will be finished with a wall covering that will resemble the space as it will appear upon completion. This will ensure that the space does not feel like there is construction by promoting the atmosphere of a hotel lobby. No major demolition is anticipated during this time nor during any of the other phases, standard renovation equipment will be hidden from guest views. On 5^th July, Urban Tavern restaurant and Starbucks will be closed and a wall in front of this area will be placed. The wall will be finished with wall coverings that are made as the space will look upon completion. The objective is to make it look like there is no construction taking place. At the same time that Starbucks will be closed, an Illy Coffee Grab and Go Outlet in the Building 3 Lobby Foyer will be open. Cityscape will serve a buffet for breakfast and dinner, with cocktails in the evening. Lunch service will not be available in Cityscape, sandwiches and salads will be available at the Illy Lobby Outlet. The new grab and go concept, Herb N Kitchen and the renovated Urban Tavern, are scheduled to re-open 21^stSeptember 2015. At that time, guests can continue to enjoy Cityscape as a bar and lounge in the evenings (hours still to be determined). The next phase will begin on 21^st September and will entail the realignment of the lobby wall to encompass the front desk and half of the centre portion of the lobby. The front desk and centre portion will be covered by the repositioned finished video wall mentioned above. A temporary front desk with new furniture will be in place so that the arrival experience is not disrupted. This phase will come to an end on 23^rd November 2015 when the new front desk and lobby bar are scheduled to open.

Veranda Resort and Spa- Cha Am, Thailand- ID 14581Please kindly be advised that the sundeck in the pool area & pool bar will be partly close for the urgent renovation from 11^th – 26^th May 2015. Moreover, new pool villas in the nearby area will be created. The construction site is located opposite the hotel car park, next to Veranda Jacuzzi building. The project will take around 8 months to complete.
