1. City Tax:  

Van Belle Hotel – Brussels, Belgium – ID 8868Please note that city tax has been excluded from the rates. Guests should note that city tax is payable direct to the hotel upon arrival and it’s 2€ per room/per night.

Please note that city tax is now 1,70€ from 1^st to 31^st October 2015.
From 1^st November 2015 city tax is excluded from the contract rates.
From 1^st April 2016 to 30^th September 2016 city tax will increase to 2,25€ per day/per person.
From 1^st October 2016 to 31^st March 2017 city tax will be 2,00€ per day per/person.

3. Refurbishment:

Please note that a building near hotel is being knocked down. Works are carried out from 7am until the afternoon. Half total of rooms are affected by noise.

Please note that from 28^th September 2015 until 10^th November 2015 hotel will be repainting the outside. Works will take place during the day. Painting and small renovation will not make a lot of noise however there will be scaffolding on the corner of Musegg- and Zürichstrasse.

Please note that Pool 1 will be closed on 21^st September 2015 until 5^th October 2015 to resurface the pool deck. Pool 2 will remain opened for guests pleasure.

Paradise Beach Resort – Koh Samui , Thailand – ID 15842
Please note that from 1^st September 2015 until December 2015, hotel will be under renovation works.
Works will be carried out from 10am to 5pm and are scheduled as below:

• 1^st September 2015 – October 2015: Renovation of the garden pool along with one row of beachfront bungalows, 8 standards rooms and Roma restaurant.
• 15^th October 2015 – December 2015: Renovation of the beach front pool, main restaurant and bar along with the second row of beach front bungalows and Suites.
• 1^st November 2015 – 30^th November 2015: Improvements of reception and lobby.

Every effort will be made to minimise any noise and disturbance for guests.

Please note that Iconic Infinity Pool is undergoing maintenance works from 21^stSeptember 2015 until 8^th October 2015. Leisure pool will remain available at all times.        .

Please note that upgrading works will take place for rooms in buildings B and C. Works will start on 28^th September 2015 and are expected to be completed in the next five weeks.

The Westin Singapore Hotel – Singapore – ID 45529
Please note that Hotel’s Infinity Pool will be temporarily closed and will reopen on 5^th October 2015.  During this period guests will not be able to access the Infinity Pool.

Mayang Sari Beach Resort – Bintan, Indonesia – ID 39083
Please note that hotel is ongoing renovation which covers the roof and exterior upgrading at the main lobby, as well as the Spice Restaurant. Works started on 21^st September 2015 and are scheduled to be completed by end November 2015, and will be carried out from 9.30am until 17pm. During  this time, Spice Restaurant will continue  in operation at Sari Lounge.

Please note that Swimming Pool maintenance works will be carried out from 21^stSeptember 2015 until 15^th November 2015 inclusive. Works will be done from9am to 18pm, Mondays to Saturdays. guests can visit  Island Pacific Hotel (located in Western District, Hong Kong) to enjoy the swimming pool facilities as an alternative.

Please note this is not a complicated construction project, just some changes and improvements. Some minor noise is to be expected through 14^th September 9am to 5pm (won’t be ongoing all day). The work being done will be contained to a specific small area of the hotel and will not be visible to hotel guests, causing no visual impact to the guest experience.

Dos Caminos is scheduled to open on 10th September at which point Blue Fin will close for their refresh for 4 weeks with an anticipated re-opening date of 10th October 2015.
