There will be no guests accommodated in the project area during the renovation and working hours will be from 9:00am to 6:00pm (Monday to Friday).

Maldron Hotel Pearse Street (exPearse Hotel)- Dublin, Ireland- ID 35930Please note that all bedrooms refurbishment are now completed. Public rooms and the hotel frontage are in the process of renovation and due to completed by 31^st December 2015. Working hours will be from 7:00am to 7:00pm and there will be no noise disruptions until 10:00am.

In phase one project, the entire top floor renovation is completed and the other half of the bedrooms are due to finish by 1^st of August 2015. Phase 2 and 3 project will be the start of the extension that will give additional 73 bedrooms and leisure/spa facilities, is due to start in 13^th July 2015. The hotel also starts renovation their public areas and external work in 1^st October 2015. All renovation projects are expected to finish in 30^th September 2015. Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Resort (ex Regal Sun Resort)- Orlando, Florida- ID 17594Please note that the hotel renovation projects as below:
19^th July 2015 through 31^st October 2015- Renovations will take place in the guest rooms located in the main tower building. The Tower Rooms will continue to be available for selling/occupancy as the schedule calls for only 2 floors at a time being renovated leaving 10 floors open without any work being done. This portion of the project shouldn’t have any effect on guests staying in any of our guest rooms in the two exterior buildings as the work will only be taking place on the guest room floors in the main tower.
1^st September 2015 to 31^st October 2015- Hotel Lobby and LakeView Restaurant Renovation.  During this time, the main lobby area and front desk are scheduled to be updated.  All of the work being completed will be done behind partition walls which should minimize any guest inconvenience.  The LakeView Restaurant, main dining room, will remain open throughout the renovation, however, there will be some work taking place in sections of the restaurant.  These sections will be walled off from the rest of the restaurant which should limit impact on the guest experience. The Hotel will continue to offer Disney Character Breakfast as always on Tuesday, Thursdays, and Saturday mornings throughout the renovation.
The majority of the work will be done between 10:00am to 4:00pm.

1. City Tax

Bonn, GermanyPlease note that the city of Bonn decided in June 2015 to charge a city tax starting from the 1st of July 2015. The tax will be charged with 5 percent from the gross room rate for all private room nights.
Exceptions are room nights for business travelers and conference guests. All exceptions have to be assured by the special verification.
The lodging tax has to be paid on departure.

GermanyPlease note that the federal government of finances has decided to change the tax for using sauna in Germany. They will change the tax from 7% up to 19% from July 1^st 2015.
The tax will be paid directly by the guests on the spot.
